Can we cancel anytime? + Yes. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime. Your profile stays listed and your score does not change when you cancel — because it was never connected to payment.

Do prices include VAT? + No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT, where applicable, is added on your invoice.

Do you take a commission on donations? + Never. Donate buttons link to your own donation page and we do not process donations — every pound a donor gives goes to you.
