This can have an impact on our health and we feel that ways to overcome loneliness is with regular contact with people who are in the same position with being on their own. It can be a hard thing to reach out. We meet up every 2 weeks on a Tuesday and run from September - May. We do bingo with raffle prizes, local singers come along and we have a light lunch.
